MEDIATION

Mediation is a growing area in the legal community. It offers an opportunity for the parties to resolve their legal differences on their own rather than having a Judge or jury decide for them.

Mediation offers the opportunity for both parties to allow the other side to understand their point of view. This in turn, in many cases, allows for the possibility of coming up with a solution to the problem that both sides are content with as opposed to one side winning and one side losing. As a trained mediator, Brian is very skilled at getting parties to talk to each other, and come to a resolution of their dispute. In his role as mediator, Brian acts as an impartial party, there to facilitate a conversation so that conversation is productive for both sides. As mediator, Brian will also provide ideas to the parties for them to discuss on how best to resolve their conflict.

As a mediator Brian does not pass any judgment as to your case, nor will he provide either side with legal advice. He is simply there to help the parties come up with their own solutions to their problems in a way that allows both sides to be satisfied with the outcome.
